Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to meet company standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Competitive Salary: $43,888 - $45,932 per year.
