Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at 1-Stop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to meet company standards.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
