Job Description

Overview

Lead a dynamic team of 8 to 15 members towards remarkable achievements as a Store Manager at GPM Investments LLC.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Motivating and guiding your team to surpass goals and expectations.
  • Upholding our values and maintaining a high standard of ethics.
  • Making impactful decisions to drive success.
  • Exceling in both verbal and written communication.
  • Leading by example and taking ownership of your store's performance.
  • Managing a diverse team, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Hiring and developing customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression.
  • Promoting a safe space for customers and staff while encouraging team growth.
  • Driving sales across all shifts, maintaining high store standards.
  • Ensuring the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
  • Employing proactive methods to manage store expenses.
  • Implementing and overseeing all company sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
