  • Manage staff and resources with integrity and fiscal accountability.
  • Support the Administrator for Business in budget preparation and daily management of the center budget.
  • Proactively guide assigned departments to work within approved budget.
  • Review finance and sales reports daily/weekly, cross-checking for accuracy and bringing any questions to the bookkeeper.

  • Oversight of all product donation pickup and store delivery.
  • Oversight of all warehouse production, working to find the most efficient and effective ways to control cost while meeting customer service needs.
  • Develop and support the implementation of Product Control Procedures to prevent shrinkage through theft or spoilage.
  • Oversee purchasing of supplies needed for production, following all purchasing policies for the center.
  • Work with vendors to ensure rag and bulk sales are handled effectively and at a profit to the center, taking care to work to meet the bottom line.
  • Maintain and review records concerning product acquisition, production, and sales, noting trends and taking appropriate action to maintain established quotas.

  • Oversee store operations.
  • Participate in forecasting of sales.
  • Attend/lead monthly manager's meetings.
  • Work with the leadership team and ARC Command to develop marketing strategies and sales, overseeing the implementation of marketing in stores.
", "Property & Equipment": "
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance of center properties and equipment.
  • Ensure the warehouse and stores are being run in accordance with OSHA Safety Guidelines and meet all TSA Policies.
  • Oversee the ARC Fleet to ensure it meets all Federal and State Regulations and TSA Commercial Motor Vehicle Policies.
  • Oversee the regular updating of the inventory for each department/property.
  • Control property, utility, and product supply waste.
  • Manage minor property repairs and contact preferred vendors on projects.
  • Gather and submit bids for assigned property projects.
  • Work with TSA Leadership to determine opportunities for expansion and contraction of stores, submitting all financial, civic, property, and legal documents to the Administrator for ARC CFB processing and approval.
  • Work with TSA Leadership to complete and submit all necessary documents for lease renewals.
