Job Title: Lead Management Consultant

Empower is seeking a highly skilled Lead Management Consultant to join our team. As a Lead Management Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our leadership team to execute our current and future lead lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a trusted SME to our Marketing/Product partners on campaign logic
  • Working closely with business leadership to execute the team-specific lead lifecycle processes
  • Maintaining current documentation of all existing processes
  • Developing procedures for change requests and new lead projects
  • Working with our technology teams to automate our processes
Requirements:
  • Proficient or willing to learn the many different lead types within EPW and EWS
  • Familiar with Salesforce Dataloader and/or comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and quickly resolve or appropriately escalate issues
  • Manage and execute daily and weekly assignments both timely and accurately
  • Utilize tools such as Excel to accurately maintain a roster of producing representatives on each team
  • Creates and/or modifies effective reporting with details of leads assigned
  • Proactively provides lifecycle reporting to Marketing/Product, Advisory, and business leadership
  • Acts as liaison between the Advisory team, stakeholders, and systems development, product development, marketing, and training organizations
