Job Overview

Weinstein Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Concord, NC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional resident services, working closely with our maintenance team, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and collect security deposits
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident issues
  • Conduct tours of our communities, showcasing our amenities and services
  • Process move-outs, security deposit dispositions, and rent payments
  • Participate in resident activities, planning and hosting events to enhance the resident experience
