Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to connect with the best and brightest in the IT industry and deliver quality talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Research and market IT staffing services to clients
- Conduct in-person and video meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships and accounts
- Deliver exceptional results while managing multiple priorities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology
- Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage a busy calendar and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience selling IT Staff Augmentation, IT managed services, or IT hardware/software
- Proven track record of building relationships with key decision makers
- Familiarity with the technology job market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary with a strong un-capped commission structure
