Job SummaryWe are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide warm greetings and assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product styles, features, and benefits, and be able to articulate this information to customers.
- Point of Sale: Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product information and resolve customer issues.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb up and down a ladder as needed.
