KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct comprehensive internal audits, overseeing the entire process from planning to executing control assessments and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to effectively evaluate Internal Controls.
  • Assess control weaknesses and audit results, proposing viable solutions for process enhancements.
  • Proactively identify challenges and develop strategies, while preparing and maintaining detailed audit documentation.
  • Assist in the organization's ERM initiatives through risk assessment activities and reviews of the control environment.
  • Contribute to the governance of the Internal Audit function, refining the audit methodology and program.
  • Engage in the formulation and upkeep of the annual audit strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CIA.
  • 2-4 years of pertinent experience in Public Accounting, Internal Auditing, or Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SAAS) companies and fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, internal audit frameworks, and risk management principles.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, COSO, SOX, and various auditing standards.
  • Experience in enterprise risk management and IT audits is advantageous.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
