Your responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough operational audits, supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, and enhancing internal audit methodologies and operations. Your expertise in problem-solving, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail will be essential for success in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct comprehensive internal audits, overseeing the entire process from planning to executing control assessments and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to effectively evaluate Internal Controls.
- Assess control weaknesses and audit results, proposing viable solutions for process enhancements.
- Proactively identify challenges and develop strategies, while preparing and maintaining detailed audit documentation.
- Assist in the organization's ERM initiatives through risk assessment activities and reviews of the control environment.
- Contribute to the governance of the Internal Audit function, refining the audit methodology and program.
- Engage in the formulation and upkeep of the annual audit strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CIA.
- 2-4 years of pertinent experience in Public Accounting, Internal Auditing, or Enterprise Risk Management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SAAS) companies and fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Solid understanding of business processes, internal audit frameworks, and risk management principles.
- Knowledge of GAAP, COSO, SOX, and various auditing standards.
- Experience in enterprise risk management and IT audits is advantageous.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
