The Fixture Design Project Lead is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving the development and support of all aspects of fixture design. This includes project management, coordination, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixture design, project management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive development and support of all aspects of fixture design
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality fixture manufacturing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective fixture design
- Identify and resolve issues with fixture prototypes and provide solutions
- Support the Engineer in leading Direct Import fixture reviews
- Partner with Store Project Planning & Execution to evaluate first articles of production
- BA/BS in architecture, interior design, industrial design, or related field
- Minimum 18 months of experience in project management
- Proficient knowledge of fixture design and/or retail industry
- Strong MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Skype, and iPad Pro experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
