Your Role:
As a Team Leader in Culinary Services, you will play a vital role in guiding and motivating a team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

You'll exemplify and uphold the highest standards of service while cultivating a welcoming environment for all.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage ambassador schedules and maintain accurate Kronos reports.
  • Compile and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Oversee the training and supervision of ambassadors.
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily operations.
  • Order and manage inventory of products and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, guest service, profitability, ambassador satisfaction, and sanitation standards.
  • Document necessary repairs to maintain facility standards.
  • Maintain a daily communication log of events.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Keep a repair log and manage labor costs efficiently.
  • Execute supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and legal requirements, including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and addressing issues with ambassadors.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by responding to guest needs and expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Assist in various locations and areas throughout the park as needed.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Possess an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate solid basic math skills, including the use of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and to create and interpret graphs.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection.
  • Ability to pass Alcohol training and maintain a valid Food Handlers card.
  • Capable of lifting 55 pounds with or without accommodations and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Skilled in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to engage positively with guests and coworkers of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Compensation:
$18.50 USD Hourly
