Key Responsibilities
  • Create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in our kitchens, promoting a culture of learning and teamwork.
  • Set the standard for culinary excellence, ensuring timely execution of menu preparation and presentation.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing kitchen team, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive success.
  • Support the development of our culinary staff, facilitating training programs and ensuring the transfer of skills on-the-job.
  • Proactively manage kitchen expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance and contributing to the success of our restaurants.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
  • Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by law.
  • Strong knowledge of food/restaurant service skills, including storage, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required to support the business.
Compensation

Hourly rate: $22.00-$28.00, depending on experience, knowledge, and skillset.
