Logistics and Inventory Control Specialist

At Arc Technology Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Control Associate to join our End-to-End Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory and shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately receive and process all incoming raw materials and supplies, including certification and testing equipment.
- Package and arrange shipment of outgoing deliveries, tracking and verifying all products and supplies.
- Identify and process all pertinent information on incoming purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, and packaging condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
- Process all incoming material certifications into our ERP database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve irregularities and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Associate Degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to achieve and maintain positional balance.
- Solid understanding of working in an environment utilizing a manufacturing ERP system.
- Ability to work with material handling systems and knowledge of efficient and effective warehousing practices.
- Detail-oriented and organizationally proficient to perform in a multi-role position.
