Our Co-op Program
As a co-op student, you will have the opportunity to expand your technical and professional skills in a real-world setting. You will work on meaningful projects, receive support and mentorship from experienced managers and business leaders, and gain knowledge and experience in a variety of ways by exploring opportunities associated with your major and rotating through multiple departments.

Job Responsibilities
As a co-op student in our IT department, you will work on various projects, including aiding in the management of projects associated with the IT Strategic Plan, assisting with reporting analysis of the Clarity Project Management tool data, and analyzing issues experienced by internal customers and making necessary configuration changes. You may also be expected to assist IT Engineering support teams in troubleshooting and maintaining computers with engineering-specific software and hardware.
Requirements
We are looking for students who are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. You must be able to work 40 hours a week during the scheduled semester and have legal authorization to work in the United States. We prefer students with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher and sophomore or higher class status. You should have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as excellent writing, problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting skills. You should also have strong verbal communication, organization, customer service, and leadership skills. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, pay attention to detail, take ownership of your work, and be self-motivated and creative. Reliable transportation is also a must, as you will need to commute to our Sidney location.

About Our Location
Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions. With the blend of businesses and functions represented under this one roof, there are many opportunities for advancement within the Sidney location.

About Us
We are a leading provider of compression products, electronics, software, and solutions across many applications within Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR), where macro and regulatory trends towards environmental sustainability lead to changes in HVACR technology.
