  • A minimum of 1 year of Associate Systems Analyst or Business Analyst-related experience.
  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • An analytical thinker, capable of making informed decisions quickly and managing multiple work streams.
  • Experience in providing support to Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams, often outside of business hours.
