Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the pre-sales and post-sales service delivery processes for business networking products in the U.S. market.
- Manage technical support requests from key U.S. clients through various communication channels, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Plan and implement training and certification programs for the Omada product line, maintaining relationships with training partners.
- Collaborate with R&D, product management, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of product issues.
- Establish and execute short and long-term objectives for the U.S. Technical Support team.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for the technical support team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in managing technical support teams for business customers.
- At least 3 years of experience in network management or support.
- In-depth knowledge of wired and wireless networking protocols and features.
- Ability to devise customer solutions tailored to their needs and TP-Link offerings.
- Experience in planning, designing, deploying, and maintaining network systems in medium to large enterprises.
- Proficient in troubleshooting common issues in enterprise networking environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and handle emergencies as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the networking industry.
- Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CWNA, CCNP).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Compensation:
Salary range: $120K - $140K annually, plus bonus opportunities.
