We're seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse 2 to join our inpatient medical/surgical telemetry unit, where you'll work closely with top clinicians, technicians, and business professionals to make a significant difference in patients' lives.

Job Summary

In this role, you'll provide expert nursing care to adult patients, focusing on expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver individualized care based on patients' unique needs. You'll also contribute to improving our quality and patient safety initiatives by participating in continuous quality improvement efforts and evaluating best current evidence to inform your practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process.
  2. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve seamless care coordination.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse - PA licensure.
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing degree.
  • More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience.
  • Completion of the Nurse Residency Program, if applicable.
Compensation Package
