You will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with various oncologic diagnoses, including chemotherapy and biotherapy administration, autologous stem cell transplant, and clinical research trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care and promote seamless transitions
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in oncology nursing

Credentials and Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
