Senior Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at The Bristal Assisted Living. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, providing exceptional care and support in a luxury assisted living community.

About the Role:

  • This role involves assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
  • You will work closely with our experienced care team to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Your warm and caring demeanor will help create a sense of belonging and security for our residents, who value their independence and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • NJ-Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
