Providence RN is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical staff at our Sunset Medical Plaza in Portland, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
This leadership position offers an attractive salary of $72,514 - $108,816, which reflects your extensive experience in nursing and your proven track record of success in managing complex patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices
- SUPERVISION OF CLINICAL QUALITY, ENSURING STATE AND FEDERAL COMPLIANCE
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course
