We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Danbury Columbus. Key Responsibilities- Schedule shift coverage and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents.
- Conduct admission assessments, annual assessments, and condition change assessments to ensure accurate and comprehensive care plans.
- Prepare and update annual health and physical assessments, as well as prepare family notification letters.
- Prepare and submit omission reports, and assist with monthly care plans as needed.
- Assist with physician rounds and update doctor books, and enter new nurses into lab and mobile systems.
- Experience in Assisted Living and current LPN licensure.
