Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive volume, profit, and share growth for non-alcoholic beverages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Provide expertise and leadership on portfolio management strategies, brand priorities, and sales strategies
  • Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance for non-alcoholic beverages within assigned management unit
  • Develop and create alignment to the distributor annual plan, strategic, and tactical plans within the management unit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or working with large, complex retail accounts
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, with a passion for learning and growth
