Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Pacific Region Sales Team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the non-alcoholic beverage sales strategy and executing plans to achieve volume, profit, and share growth within your assigned management unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the non-alcoholic beverage sales strategy within your management unit, in collaboration with other Distributor Sales Executives.
- Act as the primary contact for non-alcoholic beverages for distributors and cross-functional sales team members.
- Provide expertise and leadership on portfolio management strategies, brand priorities, and program execution.
- Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance for non-alcoholic beverages within assigned management unit.
- Develop and create alignment to the distributor annual plan, strategic, and tactical plans within the management unit.
- Understand and act on brand programming and communication to distributors and Distributor Sales Executives.
- Be accountable for the analysis, segmentation, and development of target account lists, as well as the implementation of strategies within the management unit.
- Complete in-market work with schedules to evaluate the effectiveness of plan implementation and identify retail volume/profit opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or working with large, complex retail accounts.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
