Sales Executive

As a Sr. Distributor Sales Executive at Molson Coors Beverage Company, you will be responsible for leading the non-alcoholic beverage sales strategy within your management unit. This role requires a strong understanding of the beverage industry, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the non-alcoholic beverage sales plan, working closely with distributors and cross-functional sales teams.
- Provide expertise and guidance on portfolio management strategies, brand priorities, and sales strategies.
- Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance for non-alcoholic beverages within assigned management unit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or working with large, complex retail accounts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Results-driven and accountable for meeting sales targets.
