Equipment Parts Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Blanchard Equipment Company, Inc. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Verify receipting-in of shipments, assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Merchandising and Display: Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Supply Chain and Logistics: Supply Service Technicians with parts as required, and assist with expediting issues by reporting to the manager.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly, and ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent experience, with basic data entry/keyboarding skills and basic parts and machinery knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application, and a fork lift license is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team environment, lift items weighing up to 75 lbs, and provide excellent customer service.
