Job Overview

On-Site Operations Coordinators play a crucial role in overseeing the job sites assigned to them, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality project execution. In this position, you will enhance the client experience by managing the entire roofing process from initiation to completion, paying attention to both significant and minor details.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous, capable of organizing and supervising job sites to adhere to the company's operational workflow. Attention to detail is essential for accurately tracking project data and meeting established deadlines. You will need to prioritize tasks based on customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Completing all items on the On-Site Operations Coordinator checklist for each project.
  • Ensuring your assigned team adheres to our installation quality standards.
  • Reading and executing work orders precisely.
  • Effectively managing tasks and completing projects as anticipated.
  • Analyzing each job site to determine necessary measures for protecting customer property.
  • Going beyond the checklist to ensure the customer's property is left in superior condition.
  • Monitoring the team to prevent carelessness and property or equipment damage.
  • Notifying management immediately if the team fails to comply with directives.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them updated on project progress and involving them in decision-making.
  • Striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service to foster new business, enhance branch profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Analyzing company policies and processes to propose improvements that contribute to our growth.
  • Demonstrating strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Estimating costs accurately.
  • Adhering to safety regulations as mandated by law.
  • Being available to work on Saturdays when necessary.
  • Maintaining an acceptable driving record and being insurable under company policy.
  • Passing a background check free of felony convictions.
