The ideal candidate will be part of the Global Systematic Stress Testing (GSST) division within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to execute the target-state GSST program framework, facilitate Consent Order remediation, and oversee senior enterprise-level governance forums, as well as the foundational processes of the Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL) that support Citi's GSST Program. This role will report to the Strategy Lead, who in turn reports to the Head of ERA GSST. The GSST team is responsible for:

+ Supervision of a series of enterprise stress tests conducted on a monthly basis.

+ Coordination of senior governance forums that oversee enterprise stress testing.

+ Management of other enterprise risk metrics, including Economic Risk Capital and Risk Appetite Ratio and Surplus.

The Vice President will be tasked with managing a range of supporting activities, collaborating closely with each Risk Pool lead on various milestones and deliverables related to the consent order, target state priorities that bolster GSST infrastructure, and broader transformational objectives of the firm. They will work with others to identify and address concerns and constraints before escalation.

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

+ Development and drafting of project plans and related documentation, presentations, and communications for senior stakeholders regarding the GSST program.

+ Monitoring of GSST Program plan progress, status reporting, creation and/or management of governance forums, and prioritization of workflows and resource allocation.

+ Establishing and maintaining a consistent style and visual identity for presentations across the GSST Program.

+ Supporting transformation initiatives, organizational change efforts, and ongoing process enhancements.

+ Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the business implications of process design and technical contributions to effectively govern and enhance tasks that support GSST and Scenario Change.

+ Collaborating with various departments within the firm to identify challenges and gaps, proposing solutions to facilitate potential changes.

+ Leading daily activities to support resolution efforts and optimizing reporting processes for the senior leadership team.

+ Assisting senior management in realizing their strategic vision.

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Risk, or Finance roles within large banking institutions. Experience in enterprise stress testing, data management, or modeling is highly desirable.

+ Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to connect various elements within a complex organization.

+ Proficient communication skills tailored for senior audiences, particularly in presentation formats.

+ Proven track record of managing complex projects under tight deadlines or heightened standards while balancing the needs of multiple senior stakeholders. Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

+ Strong collaborative skills, building partnerships, and working effectively with senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

+ An analytical mindset to resolve issues in diverse complex situations, with excellent quantitative and qualitative abilities; capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, identifying trends, and diagnosing root causes of issues.

+ A history of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced and dynamic settings.

+ Self-driven with the capacity to make decisions independently.

+ Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Visio, and other graphic design tools to effectively communicate narratives and persuade senior audiences.

+ Experience in people management is a significant advantage.

+ Familiarity with Citi's operations is a plus.
