Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Professional Engineer (P.E.) with the capability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts for a pivotal role as a Water/Wastewater Project Manager. This position is ideal for a skilled Civil or Environmental Engineer with substantial experience in Water, Wastewater, and Water Resource management. You will have the opportunity to take charge of projects from inception to completion right from day one.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • At least 7 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience, specifically in Water, Wastewater, and Water Resource sectors
  • P.E. certification is mandatory
  • Master's degree is not required but is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and modeling software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, subconsultants, and contractors
  • Strong commitment to mentoring and managing junior staff
