Job Title

A medical receptionist is required to work as a full-time administrator in our Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess a pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-volume phone calls
  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Making appointments for physicians
  • Verifying insurance coverage
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Anticipating physician and patient needs

This role requires the ability to multitask, think critically, and maintain confidentiality. Experience in medical reception is preferred.

Working Conditions:

The position is available immediately, working Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours until 7pm.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is $20-$25 per hour based on experience, providing a competitive rate for a skilled professional.
