About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team as Executive Director at Betances Health Center. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the organization's day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and managing a team of senior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in program development, budgeting, and personnel management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, funders, and community partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing financial planning and budgeting.


We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
