Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Mental Health Association. As a key member of our Criminal Justice Reform Program, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based therapy and support services to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Harm Reduction techniques.
  • Develop and implement re-entry plans, linking clients with community resources and support services to promote successful reintegration into the community.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical records, adhering to funding source and accreditation requirements.
  • Meet productivity expectations for direct service provision to clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) and the forensic population is preferred.
