Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Harm Reduction techniques.
- Develop and implement re-entry plans, linking clients with community resources and support services to promote successful reintegration into the community.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical records, adhering to funding source and accreditation requirements.
- Meet productivity expectations for direct service provision to clients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) and the forensic population is preferred.
