Dietitian Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney disease. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on renal diet and fluid management.
- Monitor laboratory results and weight changes, making recommendations to meet established goals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, mission-driven culture.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Previous renal care experience preferred, but not required.
