Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including vital sign measurements and recording patient observations.
- Providing direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
- Building long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week.
