We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Helping Hands Family. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Supervise Care Plans: Create and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct Assessments and Reassessments: Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure the effectiveness of our treatment plans.
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs: Provide guidance and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor Data Collection: Develop and implement data collection systems to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Provide Parent Training: Educate and support parents in understanding their child's behavior and how to implement effective strategies at home.
- Maintain Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with the Clinical Director and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- BCBA Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Licensing: Meet the licensing requirements for your state of employment.
- ABA Experience: Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
