Key Responsibilities
- Gain insights into vehicles by analyzing their features, specifications, and performance; comparing them with competing brands; and conducting thorough inspections.
- Build relationships with potential buyers by nurturing connections with past clients; proposing trade-in options; engaging with prospects at local events; welcoming walk-ins; addressing inquiries; and promoting sales initiatives.
- Assess buyer needs by identifying their preferences and requirements; aligning those with suitable vehicle options; and establishing rapport.
- Showcase vehicles by detailing their features, specifications, and performance; facilitating test drives; and clarifying warranty and service options.
- Facilitate sales by addressing concerns; initiating sales requests; finalizing purchase agreements; explaining terms; and offering warranty, service, and financing options; while ensuring payment collection and vehicle delivery.
- Provide management with sales insights by preparing detailed reports.
- Enhance professional knowledge by engaging in training opportunities and reviewing industry publications.
- Contribute to the dealership's reputation by taking initiative on new and diverse requests; seeking ways to enhance job performance.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role with varying hours. The work week is typically Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
