  • Update repair orders in Service Link, ensuring all necessary information is captured and up-to-date.
  • Initiate retail orders in Parts Link, streamlining the sales process and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Document all sales transactions, adhering to Rush policies and procedures.
  • Process returns and exchanges, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of experience in over-the-counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
