About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibilities will be to convert calls into booked service appointments, resolve customer issues, and maintain/update the customer database with accurate information.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. You will be required to participate in trainings and adhere to company policies for resolving complaints. You will also be responsible for performing various office tasks as needed.
