At Family Dollar, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise, ensuring they find what they need.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Answer questions regarding store merchandise and policies, providing clear and concise information.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
