Compassionate Home Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Team Lead to join our team at Always There HomeCare. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $80,000 per year.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client care. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining staff schedules, utilizing electronic scheduling programs, problem-solving, recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of caregivers in delivering high-quality home care services.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules for all clients and requests for service.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot issues related to caregiver callouts, client hour changes, and other concerns.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate new employees to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in home care, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Environment:
This role operates primarily in an office setting, with occasional visits to clients' homes. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
