Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN with BAYADA, you will provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes in Boston, Massachusetts. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and circumstances. Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. You will also monitor clients' conditions, report changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with doctors' orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for case management and coordination, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program. Prior clinical experience as a licensed RN in a sub-acute or acute environment is also required.
