Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Director of Civil Rights Compliance and Title IX Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the institution's compliance with Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, ADA, Rehabilitation Act Section 504, and other state and federal laws related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current state and federal laws and regulations, as well as best practices in the field of education-related to discrimination, harassment, disabilities, and sexual misconduct on college campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, ADA, Rehabilitation Act Section 504, and other state and federal laws related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Title IX coordinators at neighboring campuses.
  • Coordinate compliance with the ADA/Section 504 in collaboration with human resources, disability services, and facilities.
  • Supervise and conduct investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
  • Develop and implement education initiatives to support students who have been impacted by discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, required. An advanced degree in a relevant field, preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of significant Title IX, non-discrimination, ADA/504 or related experience, required.
  • Minimum three years of leadership and/or management experience, preferred.
