Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Spiritual Care Provider to become an integral part of our hospice services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spiritual Care Provider, Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours
  • Establish your own visitation timetable to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
  • As a full-time Spiritual Care Provider, you will oversee your own patient caseload.
  • Your role will involve offering emotional, spiritual, and physical support to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to develop and execute a comprehensive care plan that aligns with the preferences of the patient and their family, emphasizing comfort, support, and quality of life.
  • Compensation: Starting at $27/hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours paid weekly, regardless of hours worked.
