Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient care and departmental issues to leadership.
  • Serve as a resource for staff guidance and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a nursing program.
  • One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
