Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CoreFirst Bank & Trust. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
- Transfer calls to other team members when necessary and ensure seamless communication.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, loans, and other banking services.
- Meet sales goals and objectives, including promoting banking products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving issues and finding solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data.
- 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in banking.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
