Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with guests and staff.
- Sort and distribute mail and fax documents in a timely and efficient manner.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is an inside office position that requires minimal travel.
