Qualifications: Previous painting experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

All team members are expected to adhere to Health and Safety protocols. Responsibilities include ensuring areas are properly prepared for the application of materials and maintaining a clean and organized project site. Each project must meet a Level 3 Finish in accordance with PCA Standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • Maintaining an inventory of painting supplies as directed by management.
  • Executing painting tasks as assigned by supervisors, using appropriate techniques and finishes.
  • Following OSHA/MSDS guidelines when handling hazardous materials.
  • Understanding and complying with storage and disposal regulations.
  • Cleaning and organizing work areas, tools, and equipment upon project completion.
  • Properly storing leftover paint and supplies.
  • Assisting with additional maintenance or marketing tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing duties as necessary.
