Key Responsibilities- Provide continuing and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages and genders
- Exercise individual initiative and independent action to ensure high-quality and comprehensive primary care
- Support advanced practitioner, nursing, and other clinical support staff in providing the safest and highest quality patient care possible
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities, including screening, immunization, and health education events
- Take part in quality assurance and patient care assessment activities to continuously improve the quality of care
- MD/DO degree with a current Massachusetts License
- Board Certified in a specialty
- One year of experience working as a physician in an ambulatory setting
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
