Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuing and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages and genders
  • Exercise individual initiative and independent action to ensure high-quality and comprehensive primary care
  • Support advanced practitioner, nursing, and other clinical support staff in providing the safest and highest quality patient care possible
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities, including screening, immunization, and health education events
  • Take part in quality assurance and patient care assessment activities to continuously improve the quality of care
Requirements
  • MD/DO degree with a current Massachusetts License
  • Board Certified in a specialty
  • One year of experience working as a physician in an ambulatory setting
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
