As a dedicated healthcare provider, you will join a team that has evolved from humble beginnings to serve a diverse patient base of 150,000 individuals. We are accredited by the esteemed Joint Commission and operate 31 health centers across various counties, offering a comprehensive range of services including Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Prenatal & Women's Health, Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Health Education, Outreach, and WIC services. Our collaborative approach involves partnerships with local governments, social services, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver primary care services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment to individuals and families within the community.
  2. Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures, focusing on outpatient responsibilities.
  3. Maintain licensure as a Board Certified MD or DO in California, possessing prescriptive authority and current DEA certification.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records in the EMR system, adhering to organizational policies.
  5. Facilitate referrals to specialty care when necessary.
  6. Provide essential information and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
