MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is offering an exceptional full-time employment opportunity for an Academic Internal Medicine Hospitalist. This role is designed for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to a graduate medical education program.
This position focuses on inpatient care, featuring a schedule of one week on and one week off, with working hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and demonstrate strong skills in teamwork, communication, and interpersonal relations.
Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, with a preference for those who have completed an ACGME-accredited residency program. Candidates who can secure medical staff appointments and privileges, and who exhibit adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teaching and quality patient care, will be given priority.
This is a remarkable opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to engage with a graduate medical education program.
