About the Role:
Sulzer AG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our Services team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and reviewing all project, procedure, quality, and safety documentation and photos for the Aero division.
Main Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and review all project, procedure, quality, and safety documentation and photos for the Aero division, ensuring storage to appropriate systems of record.
- Calibration Management: Manage calibration documents for Houston Aero and enter data into Gagepack, ensuring all company and employee QC tools/standards are calibrated in accordance with STS-000410/480.
- Safety Reporting: Manage safety reporting, shop walks, toolbox topics, weld cert, and QPI documentation.
- Project Support: Responsible for upkeep of Turbodocs, doc numbers, project numbers, project/engineering drawings and revisions on various spreadsheets and systems of record.
- Clerical Support: Perform clerical, organizational, and other job duties to support the Aero division and production team as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, written communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and multi-task.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and with PDF software. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.
