Position Overview: The Provider Enrollment team plays a crucial role in managing applications for healthcare providers seeking participation in Montana Healthcare Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications for Medicaid provider enrollment, including revalidations and updates.
- Address inquiries and complaints related to applications via email.
- Provide timely communication of options for resolution.
- Inform providers about enrollment requirements and assess their needs.
- Verify documentation related to provider enrollment.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings.
- Complete mandatory training assignments.
- Track daily tasks for quality assurance.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Perform clerical duties related to data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in medical insurance or a medical office setting.
Compensation: The estimated pay for this role is $16.50 per hour. Additional compensation may be available based on business needs.
